THE AMBASSADOR THEATRE
Keeping  Eyes on This...

The Ambassador Theatre is an old, run down movie theatre located in northwest Baltimore at Liberty Heights and Gwynn Oak Avenues. In disrepair for more than 20 years, the building has recently been identified by Mayor Catherine Pugh for renovation--new roofing, sustaining structure, etc. Word is the building might be reconfigured for a possible future as a community arts space. The dance community is at the table, hoping to insure more visibility for dance in the City. The Ambassador Theatre as a new, state of the art performance space? Stay tuned for more information.
