PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES at Dance Baltimore 2005! - Vendors

Dance Baltimore is currently offering Booth Space at its annual citywide, daylong, free dance
festival, Dance Baltimore, 9 a.m. – 10 p.m. at the new Hippodrome Theatre, 12 North Eutaw
Street, Saturday, May 7, 2005. Vendors may distribute promotional items, offer dance related
services, display materials, show videotapes, collect mailing lists, offer items for sale, etc.
Booths do not have to be manned. Each booth provides one 6 foot table and two chairs.
Display tables will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. during the master classes, fashion
show, and before and after the youth concert. Reopening from 7:30 – 9:15 p.m. (before the
professional concert and during intermission) is optional. All tables will be closed after the
evening concert’s intermission. Breakdown of tables is set for 4 p.m. OR at 9:15 p.m. ONLY.
Early Bird Rate for Booth Space is $30.00. Space is limited so get your booth today! Reserve
your Booth Space at dance2004@myibocs.com.
Checks should be made payable to Dance Baltimore/GBCA and mailed with this form to
Dance Baltimore, c/o Theatre Project, 45 West Preston Street, Baltimore, MD 21201. Please
note at the bottom of your check “Booth Space.” Early Bird Rate is good until Monday, April 11,
